Our client asked us to create a metal packaging solution to hold 6 bottles of Vodka safely. With the weight of the 6 fragile glass bottles, packaging was a challenge. We used exceptionally thick tinplate to withstand the overall 8kg weight per tin and then produced 2 thick secure foam inlays the first to sit in the base of the tin to hold the bottles securely in place, the second to fit over the lids of the bottles to prevent any movement.
